Are You Moving Away From Illness OR Towards Health!

By on Jun 14, 2015 in 5-Minute Strategies, Blog, Healing Tools |

What are You Expanding In Your Life? Illness? Or Health & Wellness? ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~ Okay, so what’s in a question? A lot of power – that’s for sure! You have to ask the right questions to get the right answers for your healing journey. A simple question I asked myself everyday more than 23 years ago, and ask everyone of my patients and clients that I work with today is this: “Are you moving away from the illness or are you moving towards health?” There is a huge difference in our outcomes based on which of these we focus our attention on. Remember that what you focus on expands, so we have to ensure that our focus is on that which will provide the greatest and quickest healing. ~~~~~~~~~~ Notice at the very start of the video that I was taking a deep breath and really breathing in the beauty that was surrounding me. That is one of the most grounding practices I know of. And you can start right now to implement it into your own life. So, just remember to close your eyes, and breathe deeply as you watch this short video. And feel yourself becoming re-balanced, re-centered and more empowered…(PS: One day I’ll learn where to focus my eyes while the videotaping is being done! LOL) ~~~~~~~~~~ Need help and guidance on your path to full and complete recovery from cancer? Or prevention of it in the first place if you’re the Craegiver! Then hop on over to Kick Cancer In The Can™ – and pick up your free Kick Cancer In The Can™ Starter Toolkit right now! Cancer Affects The Whole Person So Why Do We Just Cut, Burn & Poison The Tumor?

By on Jun 14, 2015 in 5-Minute Strategies, Blog, Education |

The Key Is To Understand That The Impact Of Cancer On The Patient Is Multifaceted We Have To Treat The Whole Person – Not One Aspect or Facet! ~~~~~~~~~~ The tragedy for most cancer patients, once diagnosed, is that they are not given the full scoop on what they are about to go though. They get the diagnosis, and then they are rushed into surgery, followed by soul-destroying treatments, without any significant counseling about what to potentially expect in all the other areas of their lives. ~~~~~~~~~~ I think this quote (to the right of the page) really expresses the overwhelming feelings that come up as the patient begins to deal with the day to day aspects of living with cancer while attempting to live a “normal” life. And it’s the same for all cancers – not just breast cancer! However, since breast cancer is so prevalent today, with so many women of all ages being negatively impacted at the soul level, this quote spoke to me today. It is the very reason that I work with my patients on all levels of their health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. ~~~~~~~~~~ So what I plan to do with this blog is to attempt to be much more regular with my posts – and provide quick and easy tips, ideas and startegies for each area of our lives. My patients and clients call me the Master of 5-Minute healthy strategies, so that’s where I’ll place most of my attention. I know that’s what I needed (quick and easy) when I was going through my own cancer journey so many years ago! ~~~~~~~~~~ However, if you have specific questions, make sure and post them below in the comments section – or drop on over to our Kick Cancer In The Can Facebook page, LIKE the page and join in the conversations. Why not start a conversation yourself? ~~~~~~~~~~ So my tip for today is about time out. Just taking 5 minutes away from whatever might be stressing you out, or raising some fear within you about something, will completely transform your perspective. Just stop everything and get off that wagon of daily life. Stand up, look out the window, breathe deeply...

Kick Cancer In The Can® Recommends Time Out to Pray & Meditate Daily in a Special Space

By on Jun 14, 2015 in 5-Minute Strategies, Blog |

What Do You Do When Life Throws You A Twister? Who Do You Turn To for Help? httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9SJFLnqF8o Everyday it seems that we are confronted with new challenges. And truthfully, that’s life! We all have to face something and deal with it – often. The challenge may be very small – or huge! Or anything in between… ~~~~ It’s not what happens to us that’s important – but how we relate to what happens to us. And quite frankly, I know personally that if I don’t take time out to pray for a solution – and then meditate for the answer – I’m done! Over the edge so to speak. I can’t relate in a positive productive way to any challenges or issues I’m confronted with unless I schedule introspective time. ~~~~ And for me that requires a special place or space to relocate myself to in order to separate myself from the space containing the energy of the surfacing challenge. So I have created a meditation room in my home. It is NOT a large space. It is a uniquely arranged and decorated area (it resonates with my own inner spirit) that transports me away from the normal worldly “stuff” of my life! Now just to be clear here, I also often just move myself out to a place and space in nature to just be still and do the process outlined in this video. Especially when I am on the road speaking and not remotely close to my usual environment. ~~~~ Okay, so now it’s your turn to go through the simple, easy, and quick process outlined in this video. And then share your experience in the comments section below. And also, drop by and do the same at our dedicated Facebook page. Please LIKE the page while you’re there as well.
