Well, as we apporach the weekend and plan all of our weekend activities, a smoothie that tastes great and takes less than 5 minute to prepare is an ideal meal, right? If you’re like me, you’re on the move between fitting in fun and fitness along with a lot of social events and gatherings. ~~~~

And this weekend we have a 3-day weekend ahead of us with Labor Day on the 5th. Interesting that it’s called Labor Day – when most of us actually play on this day! 🙂 ~~~~

Anyway, this brief video gives you a few great ideas for what to throw into your fabulous smoothie – including some healthy fats. They’ll make you feel more satisfied and satiated, warding off hunger for a longer period of time. And that’s a good thing if you’re planning an active weekend.
