What Do You Do When Life Throws You A Twister? Who Do You Turn To for Help?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9SJFLnqF8o

Everyday it seems that we are confronted with new challenges. And truthfully, that’s life! We all have to face something and deal with it – often. The challenge may be very small – or huge! Or anything in between… ~~~~

It’s not what happens to us that’s important – but how we relate to what happens to us. And quite frankly, I know personally that if I don’t take time out to pray for a solution – and then meditate for the answer – I’m done! Over the edge so to speak. I can’t relate in a positive productive way to any challenges or issues I’m confronted with unless I schedule introspective time. ~~~~

And for me that requires a special place or space to relocate myself to in order to separate myself from the space containing the energy of the surfacing challenge. So I have created a meditation room in my home. It is NOT a large space. It is a uniquely arranged and decorated area (it resonates with my own inner spirit) that transports me away from the normal worldly “stuff” of my life! Now just to be clear here, I also often just move myself out to a place and space in nature to just be still and do the process outlined in this video. Especially when I am on the road speaking and not remotely close to my usual environment. ~~~~

Okay, so now it’s your turn to go through the simple, easy, and quick process outlined in this video. And then share your experience in the comments section below. And also, drop by and do the same at our dedicated Facebook page. Please LIKE the page while you’re there as well. We need your input and support to keep this blog and our Kick Cancer In The Can Program alive for those who truly need it. And that may be you…or a loved one…
